Information We Collect

Contact Information Stored on Your Device: If you register for our Services, we might collect contact information from your phone or other mobile devices.
Geo-location Information: When you use the Services, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location.
TurtleCell does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old. If we become aware that a child under 13 years old has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account. How We Use Collected Information

We may share your personally identifiable information, including your User Content, with third parties for the purpose of providing our Services to you and improving our Services, such as third parties that provide data analytics, or other trusted services providers who work on our behalf and do not have independent use of the information we disclose to them. If we do this, such third parties’ use of your information is bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also share anonymous information with third parties if it is not traceable to you (e.g., in an aggregated format). We do not share your personally identifiable information with other third-party companies for their commercial or marketing use.
Opt Out Abilities
We may contract with trusted third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding outside visitors. These trusted service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business. You may set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie or to prevent cookies from being sent. If you turn cookies off, you will not have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and some of our services may not function properly. However, you can still place orders by contacting customer service.
We aim to protect your information through firewall and password protection systems. Only authorized individuals have access to the personally identifiable information provided by our users. We do not, however, guarantee that unauthorized or inadvertent disclosure will never occur.
Our servers and data centers are located in the United States. If you choose to use the Services from outside the U.S., then you should know that you are transferring your personal information outside of your region and into the U.S. for storage and processing.
